- It's 1/2 ekor of ayam kampung ukuran sedang.
- You need 1 bh of jeruk nipis.
- Prepare 2 sdt of garam.
- Prepare 1 siung of bwg bombay.
- You need 5 siung of bwg putih, cincang.
- You need 2 bh of kapulaga (bisa diskip).
- You need 3 bh of cengkeh (bisa diskip).
- Prepare 1 sdt of lada bubuk.
- Prepare 3 bh of cabe keriting.
- You need 1 bh of kayu manis (bisa di skip).
- It's 1 sdm of margarin (bisa diskip).
- You need 1 sdm of kecap asin.
- It's 2 sdm of saus tiram.
- Prepare 5 sdm of kecap manis.
Ayam Kecap instructions
- Lumur ayam dengan garam dan air dari 1 bh jeruk nipis, diamkan ± 5 menit, kemudian goreng setengah matang. Potong bwg bombay, cincang bawang putih.
- Tumis bumbu spt bawang, cabe, sampai harum. Lalu tambahkan kecap asin, saus tiram, kecap manis, dan lada, masak dg api sedang sampai meletup.
- Lalu masukkan ayam, aduk, masak dengan api kecil sampai matang.
